for Piano Solo (2023).
The remastering of ‘Solo’ remained on the backburner for years, necessitated by the wait for specific leaps in virtual orchestration, DAW capabilities, and mixing precision. Now that these tools allow the work to be fully realised both sonically and visually, the project has been released following a four-year development cycle.
The album presents the ten remastered originals alongside four supplementary tracks. These include ‘To Keep On Moving On…’ from the composer’s earlier repertoire, plus three unreleased pieces developed in the aftermath of the original recording sessions. Each track is paired with distinct visual art, presented as both static compositions and evolving, morphing video counterparts.
